this study 450 fecal samples from children under 2 years old from cities of Tehran nad Zahedan were collected.of these specimens.73 samples which were cosidered as moderately positive(++) by ELISA were selected.SDS-PAGE analysis showed fifty six different rotavirus electrophoretypes from which eight and forth eight patterns belonged to  Zahedan and Tehran samples respectively.basically, from eight patterns of Zahedan samples,five(71.5%) were related to L and two (28.5%) to S rotavirus group A which includes seven different electrophoretypes.from forty eight patterns of Tehran samples, thirth six belonged to L series with twenty six defferent electrophoretypes (76.5) and twelve to S types with eight different electrophoretypes (23.5%).in addition, a mixed S and L electrophoretype and two abnormal genom of rotavirus with the pattern of 2&3&3&4 were identified.different electrophoretype of rotaviruses in Tehran and Zahedan showed a high diversity in comparison with electrophoretic patterns from other countries.  }, keywords = {roravirus, infantile diarrhea, electrophoretype, viral diseases}, url = {https://jkmu.kmu.ac.ir/article_34348.html}, eprint = was to evaluate the analgesic effect of two plants, piper nigrum and Zingiber officinale that are used  traditionally to relieve headache, rheumatic arthritis, and toothache.for this purpose the methanolic extract of zingiber and piper nigrum,in different doses, were injected intraperitonealy to mice and the analgesic effect was determined by tail-flick apparatus.the results show that the suxhleted extract of piper nigrum with dose of 50 and 75 mg/kg of body weight did not induce significant analgesia in comparison to the control group but of 100mg/kg induced significant analgesia.this analgesia effect was maximum at 90 min after injection of the extract (p<0.01).the analgesia response fron this dose was also significant at 15 (p<0.05) 30,45 and 60 min after the injection (p<0.01) compared to the control group.injection of the perulated extract and this difference to analgesia effect between the two extracts was maximum at 90min post-injection(p<0.01).the difference to analgesia effect was also significant at 30 min.(p<0.01) and 60min after injection (p<0.05).the results from the experiment of zingiber showed that the injection of perculated extract of zingiber to mice with doses of 50,75 and 100 mg/kg induced significant analgesia at 30,45,60 min(p<0.01) and 90min (p<0.05) post-injection in comparison with the control group.this response reached maximum at 45 min post-injection and reduced there after.injection of suxhleted extract with doses of 100mg/kg induced lower analgesic effect than the same dose of perculated extract at 45 min after the injection(p<0.01).at the other times, analgesic responses between the extracts were not significantly different.}, keywords = {Zingiber, piper nigrum, analgesia, pain measurnet,Tail-flick}, url = groups, three of which  were fed a diet equal to 6.25% of the body weight with celery,or carrot foe 15 days, the remaining  non-diabetic rats(negative control group) received neither alloxan nor the variabilites.results indicated that prevalence of LBP was 42% in the target populotion.the subjects were in the age of 15-65 year LBP was most common among those who were in the age of 56-65 year,(75%), and in females(49.1%) was more than male,(34%). unmarried individuals had the lowest prevalence (15.5%) and in respect job, high prevalence was in workers (60%) and housewives (54.2%).71.5% of the cases with LBP had no education, and 53% had low education.also prevalence of LBP in jobs that needed standing positive was higher (50%) than jobs requiering sitting position and other
